Return & Exchange Policy

• 7-Day Returns: You can return unused items within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be in original packaging with tags intact.
• Refunds: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.
• Non-Returnable: Custom-made items and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement.
